Job Title: Behaviour Support Specialist for Primary Schools Are you adept at navigating the complexities of challenging behaviours in primary school settings? We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join a school in St Helens. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, collaborating closely with school staff, and implementing effective behaviour management strategies. Your experience in managing challenging behaviours and your ability to create supportive interventions will be instrumental in ensuring the success and well-being of our students. Requirements and Benefits: The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with challenging behaviours, preferably within a school environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of behaviour management principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive salary ranging from £12 to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
