A vibrant primary school in Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Lead small group sessions and deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of teaching staff. • Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring all children can access the curriculum. • Assist in the planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students. • Uphold the school's ethos and policies, promoting a safe and nurturing environment for all.
