A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for a passionate SEN teaching assistant with in-school SEND experience for a 1-to-1 role supporting a year 3 student in a mainstream Redditch middle school setting. Previous experience supporting students with SEND needs is needed to be considered. You will be given full support of the in-school SENCO to support the child within their needs and to make you confident in your knowledge of best strategies to support the child. This will be a full-time, long-term SEN teaching assistant role, working term-time only. Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 15:30. You will be paid on a weekly basis, with pay starting from £95.29 per day and you will be supported by your local consultant to ensure you are setup to succeed & achieve whilst working through Axcis Education, the UK’s leading SEND specialist staffing provider.
