Job Title: Behavioural Learning Assistant- January Start
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Behavioural Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team at a secondary school in Chingford E4. The successful candidate will work closely with students who experience behavioural challenges and SEMH, supporting them to engage with the curriculum, improve their behaviour, and succeed in a positive and structured learning environment. Key Responsibilities: -Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural issues, helping them engage with lessons and develop positive learning habits. -Implement strategies to manage behaviour and promote a positive and respectful classroom environment. -Support students in overcoming emotional or social barriers to learning, helping them build resilience and self-regulation skills. Hours are 8.30 am to 3.45 pm, Monday to Friday (full-time role). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, supporting them with their social, emotional, and academic development, and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
