We are seeking a caring, committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing Reception class this December, providing personalised support to a child with additional needs within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. About the Role This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child’s early education. You will provide tailored, child-centred support that encourages communication, confidence and developmental progress. The role may include elements of personal care, so a compassionate and hands-on approach is essential.
