The college supports young adults aged 19–25 with a range of complex learning needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down's Syndrome, sensory impairments, complex medical needs, and non-verbal communication needs. The Role As a SEND Lecturer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and personalised learning sessions tailored to the individual needs of learners. Teaching will focus on: Independent living skills Life skills and personal development Cookery and practical learning activities Communication and social development Preparation for adulthood and progression pathways You will work closely with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every learner can thrive.
