Role Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual learning needs. • Help students access the curriculum through creativity, structure, and positive relationships. • Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and wider support teams to deliver personalised learning plans. • Maintain a calm, encouraging presence in the classroom and throughout the school day. • Follow EHCP guidance and contribute to progress tracking and student well-being.
