Candidate Induction Training

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the staff we work with, Axcis offers FREE Candidate Induction training to newly registered candidates.

Date: Every Thursday (Term time only)

Time: 11am

Duration: Approximately 1 hour

Who is this training aimed at?

This training is aimed at people who are new to supply work or new to the UK education system. This includes support staff such as teaching assistants and support staff, NQTs/ECTs and OTTs (overseas trained teachers).

What is covered in this online training seminar?

This training will help you to develop skills that will be useful while doing supply work. We will offer tips for getting the best out of supply work, SEND awareness, behaviour management advice and we will aim to steer you in the right direction regarding your responsibilities and rights when working in a school for an agency. This training will also give you the opportunity to network with fellow Axcis staff to share ideas and good practice. You will receive a certificate for the training to add to your Continued Professional Development (CPD) file.

Places are limited and are very popular. The course is on a first-come, first-served basis so book your place ASAP!
