- A team player – although it sounds corny, this is really important to us at Axcis – you’ll be sharing candidates and ideas for good practice, so being able to support your fellow team mates is an essential part of the role
- Reliability – Axcis is a busy company, and that’s why we need all hands on deck! Turning up late or regularly taking sick days (unless needed of course) won’t go down well with your team mates – and may possibly upset your schools/candidates if they can’t reach you when the office is meant to be open.
- Great written and spoken English skills – this role is all about communication – both written and verbal, so your skills in this area must be top notch.

What do we offer?
In addition to your competitive base salary, you will also start earning personal commission immediately as part of a highly attractive bonus scheme.
Our offices are modern and well equipped, with a database which is second-to-none, giving you instant access to clients and candidates you will be able to utilise. We operate on a rotating shift pattern of 7am – 4pm or 9am – 6pm, which helps to manage the traditionally long hours associated with recruitment work. In addition to this, we offer reduced working hours during non-term time and additional days of leave over Christmas and Bank Holiday weekends.
Oh, and did we mention we still have a hybrid working model so you can work from home for two days per week?
