AXICS Education are recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a welcoming primary school in Bournemouth.
This is a full-time position starting in November, offering the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate.
The Role:
•Provide 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with ASC
•Help promote engagement, confidence and emotional wellbeing
•Support literacy and numeracy interventions within the Year 4 classroom
•Work closely with the class teacher and SEND team
The Ideal Candidate:
•Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASC
•Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
