As leaders in SEND recruitment, Axcis Education is currently working with secondary schools in the Tower Hamlets area who are in need of full-time team teach trained teaching assistants with experience of working with children that have challenging behaviour in key stage 4. If you are not team teach trained but have experience working with challenging behaviour then this role would be a fantastic fit for you.
The secondary schools that we work with have great links to public transport and have easy parking access. The schools have great resources and facilities' for children with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and behavioural difficulties in mind. You must be prepared to support children in small groups or on a 1 to 1 basis however, whole class support is also a possibility. Successful applicants must have a passion for working with children that have behavioural difficulties and that are physically challenging. To be considered for the role you must be team teach trained or be willing to undertake team teach training.
