SEND Teaching Assistant Year 4 Class Teacher Early Years Educator Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Job Title: ADHD Teaching Assistant Location: Wandsworth, London Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm Salary: £90 - £95 per day We are currently seeking a dedicated ADHD Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role within a vibrant educational setting located in Wandsworth, London. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional support to students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support to children with ADHD, adapting your approach to meet their individual learning needs. • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to implement educational plans and behavioural strategies. • Assist in creating a structured learning environment that helps students focus and engage in classroom activities. • Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions while understanding the unique challenges faced by students with ADHD. • Monitor and report on the students’ progress, working closely with other educational professionals and parents to ensure the best outcomes. • Facilitate small group activities and workshops designed to bolster key skills and academic achievements.
