The successful candidate will support students with ADHD, fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with ADHD. • Support students in managing their learning behaviours and developing effective study habits. • Employ strategies and resources that enhance engagement and focus in the classroom. • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to monitor student progress and adjust support as needed. • Create a positive and nurturing environment that encourages student confidence and self-esteem. • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student needs and progress. Qualifications: • Experience working with children with ADHD or similar educational needs is preferred. • Strong understanding of ADHD and its impact on learning. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
