Position Available: Art Teacher Location: Wakefield, United Kingdom Salary: Starting from £190 per day We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join our team at Axcis in Wakefield. As an Art Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire creativity and artistic expression in students while fostering a love for the arts. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to a diverse range of students' abilities and interests. • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development. • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular projects and activities. • Stay up-to-date with developments in art education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. • Degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field. • Previous experience teaching art at the secondary level preferred. • Strong knowledge of art history, techniques, and contemporary art practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
