Job Title: KS1 Behaviour Mentor (1:1 Support) Location: Bridgwater Pay Rate: £89 per day Job Type: Part-time – Term Time Only (Temporary or Long-Term) A welcoming primary school in Bridgwater is seeking a calm, consistent, and emotionally resilient Behaviour Mentor to support Key Stage 1 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. You’ll be working as part of a support team, offering tailored, structured guidance to help these children succeed both in and out of the classroom. This is a challenging but hugely rewarding role — ideal for someone with strong experience in behaviour support, SEN, or trauma-informed care.
