In close partnership with this well renowned school, we are looking for a dedicated behaviour Support Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs as well as integrating through other classes at the school. Requirements: We are looking for candidates who can bring their experience and enthusiasm to support students with SEMH needs, both in and outside the classroom - A super Forest school, a great deal of outdoor learning and an impressive range of activities and outings are on offer at this school making it a very interesting and enjoyable role for any candidate. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience supporting children or young adults with SEND or SEMH is highly desirable. • A patient, adaptable and caring attitude, with the ability to manage challenging behaviours calmly and effectively. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff. • A proactive approach to supporting students in their academic and social development.
