About the Role As a Cover Teacher, you'll be stepping into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons and provide supervision in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll work across multiple subjects, adapting content and managing behaviour effectively to ensure that pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day. This role spans Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3, offering the chance to work with pupils as they transition from upper primary into early secondary education.
