We’re looking for drama graduates to work flexibly across primary, secondary, and SEND schools in Taunton, supporting students in a variety of settings. You might be leading games, helping students focus in class, using your performance skills to engage learners — or just being a friendly, reliable presence in the classroom.
Experience supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is highly valued, and you'll have the chance to work in both mainstream and specialist settings.

What You’ll Do
• Assist teachers with lessons and classroom management
• Use drama and communication skills to engage students
• Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, or across the whole class
• Encourage confidence, participation, and self-expression
• Help with behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Work in a variety of settings – from lively primary classes to specialist SEND environments
We’re Looking For…
• Recent drama graduates or individuals with performance-related experience
• Confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic communicators
• A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with young people
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable– particularly in SEND or inclusive environments
• A car and willingness to travel locally is advantageous
• A desire to make a difference – and grow your own skill set along the way
