Job Title: Early Years Educator
Position: Early Years Educator
Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £90-£95 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team based in Wandsworth, London. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning in our early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and educative activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment where every child feels valued.
• Foster strong, communicative relationships with parents, carers, and professionals to support child development.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on children's activities and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate events and activities.
• Manage resources efficiently and ensure a clean and tidy setting.
Requirements:
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Education or equivalent.
• Understanding of the EYFS statutory framework.
• Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or similar role.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo checks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
