JOB TITLE / ROLE:
Early Years/Primary TA - ASD - Ealing - London - West - Role: SEND TA Jobs
Are you looking for your next Teaching Assistant job? Do you have a driving passion to support children and young people with Autism/ASD?
Are you an enthusiastic, proactive Teaching Assistant looking to work with ASD pupils at a primary school in Ealing?
We are looking for new candidates to join our team who are keen to support children who have severe levels of the Autism Spectrum (ASD).
The ideal applicant would have direct experience working with ASD students or in a specialised ASD setting. You would be confident in assisting with challenging behaviour on both a 1:1 and classroom basis whilst supporting some or all aspects of ASD. There are 3 young children in the early years department of this primary school that you will be supporting, two of which are non-verbal.
Although ASD experience would be ideal, candidates who feel they would make a great mentor to a young person with Autism should also apply.
If you can demonstrate enthusiasm, confidence and versatility whilst supporting those with additional needs then this is the role for you. You will also need to be adaptable, tailoring your day to day techniques to suit the unique needs within the schools Axcis could send you too.
This role is a temporary position and is to start ASAP. The successful candidate would have potential to stay at the school on a long term basis.
If you are interested, then please contact Jack Hurn at Axcis Education on 020 7580 2956.
