Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Oldham, Greatert Manchester Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Term-time only Salary: £105.00 to £130.00 per day, experiance dependant About the Role We are seeking a skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for an experienced TA ready to take on greater responsibility, including leading learning, covering lessons, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities across the curriculum, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
