The Role: As a Primary Teaching Assistant in the Reception class, you will play a key role in supporting the teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom. Your duties will include: Providing one-on-one support for children who need additional help with their learning and development. Offering support during classroom lessons, helping children to stay focused. Leading small group activities to encourage social, cognitive, and emotional development. Assisting with Speech, Language, and Communication (SLC) interventions, promoting language development through creative, fun, and play-based activities.
