Adapt confidently to changing classroom requirements throughout the school day. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school. Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment. Confidence using educational technology, including Google Classroom, or a willingness to learn. Flexible, patient and adaptable approach to teaching. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
