I am now looking for (multiple) Teaching Assistants to work with Higher Education students at the various Bristol campuses of a large and successful College in the South West. This is a 3 month contract initially, 37 hours a week, starting as soon as possible. You will work across the College with a focus on Higher Education where needed, who have a range of additional learning needs and disabilities including dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, autism or physical impairments. You will enable them to access their curriculum and to achieve and progress whilst at the College. You will work 1-1 or with a small group of learners, providing strategies to promote autonomy and independence that support their ambition, inclusion and employment outcomes.
