You'll be Supporting pupils who have a variety of complex needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties. This role plays a key part in fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where students can grow both academically and personally. Responsibilities : - Provide 1:1 or small group support - Work alongside teachers and support staff to implement tailored education plans (IEPs). - Assist in managing behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.
