Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Job Vacancy: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Private School near Ladbroke Grove Station, West London Start Date: September (Trial to start ASAP) Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:45pm Year Group: Year 4 Axcis are recruiting a highly experienced Learning Support Assistant for a full-time position at a well-regarded private school near Ladbroke Grove. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing tailored support to a Year 4 pupil, while also contributing to the wider class. About the Role: -Provide direct 1:1 support to a verbal Year 4 pupil, who may be presenting with ASD traits (not formally diagnosed) -Support the child across key subjects, helping build confidence and understanding -Understand mody plans as suit for the children -Deliver small group interventions as needed -Liaise regularly with the class teacher and external Occupational Therapist -Support classroom routines and contribute to a positive learning environment What We’re Looking For: - Significant experience working as an LSA or TA in Key Stage 2 - Confident supporting children with additional needs, including suspected ASD - Able to take initiative and hit the ground running - Comfortable collaborating with specialists and school staff - Available for the full academic year from September - Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Why Apply? -Excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a child's education -Work in a well-resourced, supportive independent school -Be part of a collaborative and experienced team If you are experienced with interventions, SEND and with primary aged students, please get in contact.
