Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 Support (Reception & Year 4) Location: North Somerset Pay Rate: £89 per day Job Type: Full-time – Term Time Only Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in North Somerset that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support to pupils in both Reception and Year 4. This is a varied and rewarding role working with children who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. If you’re calm, consistent, and passionate about supporting children with SEND, this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced teaching staff and make a real difference from the very start of a child's education. About the Role This full-time role involves supporting: • A child in Reception with autism and speech & language needs who requires a nurturing, structured approach to help them settle, engage and grow confidence in the classroom • A pupil in Year 4 with ADHD and social, emotional and behavioural needs, where you'll be helping with regulation, focus, and positive classroom engagement You’ll be part of a supportive SEND team and receive guidance from the SENCO and class teachers throughout the day.
