Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 Support (Reception & Year 4) Location: North Somerset Pay Rate: £89 per day Job Type: Full-time – Term Time Only Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in North Somerset that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support to pupils in both Reception and Year 4. This is a varied and rewarding role working with children who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. About the Role This full-time role involves supporting: • A child in Reception with autism and speech & language needs who requires a nurturing, structured approach to help them settle, engage and grow confidence in the classroom • A pupil in Year 4 with ADHD and social, emotional and behavioural needs, where you'll be helping with regulation, focus, and positive classroom engagement You’ll be part of a supportive SEND team and receive guidance from the SENCO and class teachers throughout the day.
