About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing support both in and out of the classroom. The role will involve a mixture of 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to learning and develop confidence, independence, and resilience. You will work closely with teaching staff, the SEND team, and pastoral colleagues to ensure students receive the support they need to engage positively with school life.
