Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hayes, UB8
Pay: £92–£96 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | September 2026
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Hayes. You'll support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, PMLD, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties, helping them to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support across Primary and Secondary settings.
Assist with personal care and manual handling where required.
Support positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers to meet students' individual needs.
Requirements:
A patient, compassionate, and reliable approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced Child and Adult DBS, or willingness to obtain one.
Previous SEND experience is desirable but not essential.
