You'll support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, PMLD, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties, helping them to thrive both in and out of the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support across Primary and Secondary settings. Assist with personal care and manual handling where required. Support positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Work closely with teachers to meet students' individual needs. Requirements: A patient, compassionate, and reliable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS, or willingness to obtain one.
