We are looking to appoint two compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Special Educational Needs provision in N17. These full-time roles involve working closely with Post-16 learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) in a supportive and well-resourced college environment.
About the Role:
Provide personal and educational support to young people with complex needs
Assist with communication, mobility, personal care, and engagement in learning activities
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where all students can thrive
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience supporting students with PMLD or complex needs
Be caring, bubbly, and patient, with strong communication skills
Be comfortable with personal care and use of specialist equipment (training provided if needed)
Be passionate about making learning accessible and meaningful
