Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

An alternative secondary provision in South East London is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Tutors to join their committed and dynamic team.
This setting provides education for students who require additional support to thrive in a mainstream environment. The school has a strong academic focus and prides itself on creating opportunities for every learner to succeed both personally and academically.
About the Role
• Support students across all GCSE subjects, helping them reach their academic potential.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning interventions and classroom support.
• Build positive, professional relationships with students who may display challenging behaviour, using patience, consistency, and effective behaviour management strategies.
• Help maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
About You
• Experienced in supporting young people with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs.
• Confident in providing academic support up to GCSE level across a range of subjects.
• Calm under pressure, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
• A strong communicator who can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm).
