Location: Bath, BA2
Position: Learning Support Worker (Primary School)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Weekly Pay every Friday: £92.65 per day

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Bath is looking to appoint a Learning Support Worker to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils across the school, including those with additional needs, helping them to engage in learning and develop key social and emotional skills.
You will work closely with teaching staff to provide support throughout the school day, including:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Delivering 1:1 and small group support, including for pupils with SEND
- Assisting children with communication, behaviour, and engagement in learning
- Supporting transitions, routines, and play-based activities
- Helping to create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a calm, approachable manner and builds positive relationships with children
- Is patient, reliable, and adaptable
- Can support children with a range of needs, including additional learning or behavioural needs
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff
- Has a genuine interest in supporting children’s development
