The school are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who will work in partnership with their teachers to engage, inspire and challenge all learners. The successful candidate will: • Have the highest expectations of what the children can achieve by delivering consistently high-quality learning opportunities • Be enthusiastic, compassionate and positive • Be a team player who shares their commitment to ensuring all students thrive • Have successful experience of leading Maths and English intervention programmes • Have experience of supporting less-able children, children with additional needs and providing 1-1 support for children with complex needs.
