The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics through engaging lesson plans and innovative teaching methods. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence. • Stay updated with advancements in educational practices and mathematics teaching strategies. Qualifications: • Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent). • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a passion for teaching. • Ability to create an engaging learning environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: • Two years' professional references required. • Child and Adult DBS clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
