Axcis Education are currently working with a college in central Gloucester who are looking to recruit people who have had experience in support work, care work, and ideally with experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. The role will predominantly be to provide support to students so that they can keep up with their studies as well as supporting learners with their time management where needed. As a SEN Support Worker with Axcis, you will already have experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a confident but approachable manner and have strong management skills.
