We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting (school or nursery). Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable but not essential for candidates with suitable experience). Has a warm, patient, and nurturing approach. Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to helping young children achieve their full potential. Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.
