Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time outreach Teaching Assistant to join the provision. In this role, you will work closely with a specific student, providing personalised support to meet their academic, social, and emotional needs. You will play a key role in helping the student to fully engage in their learning, building their confidence, and fostering independence within the classroom setting. In the afternoons you will be working in the community on a outreach 1-1 basis using your car to transport students for outdoor activities, appointment and community learning.
