The successful candidate will support children and young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide tailored support to pupils with PMLD in classroom and therapy settings 2. Assist with personal care routines, feeding, and mobility support 3. Support students with sensory needs and communication strategies 4. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals 5. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and structured learning environment 6. Contribute to the preparation and adaptation of learning resources Person Specification 1. Proven experience working with children or young people with PMLD 2. Understanding of sensory and communication needs in special education 3. A patient, flexible, and empathetic approach 4.
