Axcis Education are proud to be supporting a nurturing and inclusive Academy nr Rotherham that is recruiting for two members of staff to lead Teaching and Learning in their SEMH setting and support with the needs of their young people. The first candidate would ideally have experience leading classrooms within an Early Years SEMH, PRU or similar setting and be able to connect meaningfully and positively with young learners aged 7 and 8. QTS is not an essential requirement, but if you have experience in either Primary or Lower Secondary SEMH settings that would benefit a huge amount. The second role is for older pupils, in Key Stage 3 that are learning at a LKS2 age and are accessing primary model curricula. Experience in an SEMH setting would be crucial. The roles start in January, but there is the opportunity for people to start earlier if availability allows.
