The role involves providing focused 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Autism/ASD and ADHD, helping them engage with learning, build confidence and manage day-to-day challenges in a supportive environment. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to deliver personalised support, build positive relationships and contribute to an inclusive and structured classroom setting.
