About the Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant / Therapeutic Support Assistant, you'll support young people in the classroom and around the college, helping them to engage with learning, develop independence and build confidence. You'll use calm, consistent and person-centred approaches to help students regulate emotions, develop communication skills and achieve their individual goals.
