Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Paid to Scale Axcis are seeking a passionate and resilient qualified Teacher (QTS) to join an expanding school team, working with a mixed KS3 class, working alongside the primary curriculum at a SEND school supporting pupils with Anxiety, Autism (ASD), SEMH and behavioural needs. The school welcome primary and secondary Teachers from mainstream as well as SEND teachers. You will teach a small class of no more than 10 pupils, supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, allowing you to focus on strong relationships, high-quality teaching and personalised support. As a class teacher, you will deliver all subjects at an appropriate level, using a school-designed curriculum that you will learn to adapt and plan around over time. You will also be working alongside EHCP's of each child. The students benefit from a calm, structured environment with consistent adults who understand their needs. While behaviour can be challenging at times, progress is meaningful and rewarding, and you will be supported by a collaborative, experienced staff team.
