I am working with a lovely college near Stroud who are looking for individuals with experience in supporting people within health and social care settings who have very complex needs, display challenging behaviour and require additional support going about their daily routine.
If you have experience as a support worker working with people with learning and physical disabilities, doing personal care, are meds trained, safeguarding, are MAPA trained and have experience supporting people in a person centred way, I would love to hear from you.
Working in supply means you can quickly improve your skill set and work with groups of people that you might not have had the opportunity to work with before.
There are many shifts available each week, Monday - Friday hours, weekend hours and Nights. The hours for this role are flexible to what your needs are within reason. I am able to offer successful candidates 0830-1600, 1530-2200, Sleep in's and waking nights so there really is lots of opportunity to work in a role that suits your needs.
