Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Job Ad: Full-Time SEMH Learning Support Assistant - SEND College Position: Full-Time SEMH Learning Support Assistant Location: Bromley Hours: 9:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday We are seeking a full-time SEMH Learning Support Assistant to work with students at our SEND college. You will support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASD), ADHD, and challenging behaviour. This role involves providing vital support to help students succeed academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD. • Assist with managing challenging behaviour in a supportive manner. • Help students develop social, emotional, and academic skills. • Work closely with staff to deliver tailored learning plans. Requirements: • Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, or ADHD. • Strong communication and behaviour management skills. • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting young people.
