Job Title: SEN Teacher
Teacher for Primary-Aged Special Needs School
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our dedicated team at a primary-aged special needs school. This role involves teaching Key Stage 1-2 students, with a focus on learners working at a Reception/Year 1 developmental level.
Key Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Brent
Pay: To Scale
About the Role:
As a teacher in our school, you will:
Deliver engaging, adapted lessons to meet the needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (verbal and non-verbal), challenging behaviour, global developmental delay, and complex needs.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s abilities and requirements.
Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to education.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Proven experience working in a special needs environment is essential.
Familiarity with teaching students with ASD, challenging behaviour, and global developmental delays.
Excellent communication skills and a creative, patient approach to teaching.
