Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary
Axcis Education is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Harrow that is looking to recruit an experienced and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible, resourceful individual who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs. In this role, you will provide both general classroom assistance and targeted 1:1 support to students with a range of learning differences, including autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, and global developmental delay. Your support will be crucial in helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential in a supportive, inclusive environment. The position is full time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, and offers a long-term opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative and nurturing school team. To be considered for this role, you must hold an up-to-date DBS and be able to provide a full, detailed work history with contactable references. Previous experience working with students with additional needs is highly desirable.
