Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Full-Time 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Mainstream Primary School, Yetminster
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £89 – £95 per day
Start Date: September

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 1:1 with pupils with Autism (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

- Prepare personalised resources to suit their learning style
- Offer regular sensory and rest breaks, using outdoor and calm spaces to promote emotional regulation

- Adapt activities and approaches to maintain engagement, reduce anxiety, and build trust
- Your flexible and nurturing approach will be essential in helping the pupil feel secure, calm, and ready to learn.
