Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education provision in Hampton, supporting pupils aged 4–11 years with a range of additional needs. The setting provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with moderate learning needs, many of whom have additional complex needs, including Autism. All pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and staff work together to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals. You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver personalised support based on each pupil’s needs.
