The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of SEND pupils. Foster a supportive and safe classroom environment to encourage student engagement and progress. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, specialists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to support development. Stay up-to-date with SEND best practices and educational strategies. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in SEND teaching or a strong interest in this area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
