Job Title: SEMH Teacher (Primary) Location: Hillingdon (between Southall and Northolt) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:15pm Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time SEMH Teacher – Primary | Hillingdon We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEMH Teacher to join a well-established primary SEMH school in Hillingdon, ideally located between Southall and Northolt with excellent transport links. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, well-resourced environment with outstanding facilities and a strong school ethos. The school is part of The Willows School Academy Trust, a specialist setting for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). It supports children from across London and surrounding counties, working with multiple local authorities, with the majority of pupils coming from Hillingdon. The school prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs can thrive both academically and personally. The Role The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging lessons to primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours Support pupils in achieving their full academic and personal potential Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team Utilise excellent facilities and resources to enhance learning This is a full-time role starting in September 2026, with potential for long-term development within the school.
